A friend of ours has just come back from a 'Missions' trip in the Phillippines. Strangely one of the most Christian countries on earth in numbers of churches. Anyway he took a photo of the white board at a training session. I found it quite depressing.
Is it quite depressing or very encouraging? True it may be depressing that the church is currently in a state that is not ideal and is stunted in their growth, but is it not also very encouraging that the leadership of that church are trying to change things by asking hard, uncomfortable questions?
